TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the relationship between Commercial Green Solutions, LLC (“CGS”) and you (the “Client” or “You”) regarding the Services (as defined below) that CGS will perform for You. The defined terms used in these TOS are contained in Exhibit A, all of which begin with a capital letter. Any words used in these TOS with the same spelling as the defined terms in Exhibit A but which do not begin with a capital letter will not be a defined term. The meanings of defined terms are applicable equally to both the singular and plural forms of such terms.

  • 1.1. The Client has hired CGS to perform the Services because CGS is an industry leader in quality and reliability; accordingly:
  • 1.1.1. CGS will perform a detailed checklist during and after providing the Services to ensure that the results meet its high standards.
  • 1.1.2. CGS trains its Teams to arrive on time and to perform the Services on schedule.
  • 1.1.3. CGS enforces a strict safety policy and trains its Teams to always be aware of potential hazards
  • 1.1.4. CGS develops its Teams to present CGS and your business in a professional, polite, and efficient manner.
  • 1.1.5. CGS trains its Teams to manage sites with care given to cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort.
